These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and v2world ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the v2world online gaming platform available at https://v2world.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or accessing any part of the v2world platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with v2world's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between the Platform and the User.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the unique registered user account created by a Player on the v2world platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any slot, live dealer, table game, sports bet, esports wager, crash game, or instant-win title available on the v2world platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by v2world before processing withdrawals or as otherwise determined by the Platform.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the v2world platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") refers to the total bet volume that must be placed before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn from the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player may suspend access to the v2world platform for a defined period or permanently.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to the certified algorithm used to ensure the randomness and fairness of game outcomes on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register and use the v2world platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. v2world does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes. Registering on behalf of another individual is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on the v2world platform or on any connected platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of v2world or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the v2world platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different contact details, payment methods, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. The following documentation may be requested:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian national identity card / MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where required for verification of deposits made by bank transfer or e-wallet)

v2world reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All KYC documentation is processed in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits and withdrawals on the v2world platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by v2world. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player unless v2world expressly absorbs them as stated in a current promotion.

Supported Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits:

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during standard business hours. KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal. v2world reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

All withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. v2world will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits without prior approval from the compliance team.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by v2world are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified for each promotion and may include minimum deposit amounts, game category restrictions, geographic restrictions, or account tier requirements.
• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds will be used first unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirements:

Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per betting event is RM 250 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using bonus funds may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows: slot games — 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) — 10%; sports betting single events — 50%; sports betting accumulator bets — 100%; crash and instant games — 50%. Specific games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. A current list of excluded games is available from the customer support team.

v2world reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. v2world also reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply across all game categories on the v2world platform. Category-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, live casino table rules, esports betting markets) are available within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by v2world. Bets placed on eroneous odds, prices, or game outcomes due to a manifest technical error may be voided at v2world's discretion, and affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• Sports & Esports Settlement: Sports betting results are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, Valve/Riot Games tournament organisers for Dota 2 / Valorant). Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of the final result being officially confirmed.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed via the live in-play interface are subject to real-time odds that may change at any moment. A bet is not considered accepted until confirmed by the system. v2world accepts no liability for failed bets due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Cancellations and Abandonments: In the event that a sporting event or esports match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required period of play is completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport or event rules as determined by v2world.
• Maximum Winings: v2world reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per sporting event. Current limits are available in the relevant sportsbook or game section and may be updated from time to time.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during a game session that affects the outcome, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount refunded to the Player's account. v2world is not liable for losses arising from interrupted connectivity on the Player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v2world platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be permanently banned, with all associated balances forfeited where permitted by applicable law:

• Collusion: Any form of coordination between Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Chip Dumping: The deliberate transfer of chips or winings between accounts through coordinated losses or wagers for the purpose of circumventing responsible gaming controls or money laundering.
• Money Laundering: Any use of the v2world platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity. v2world cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and has legal obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, or using stolen payment methods on the platform. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account suspension and recovery of funds by all available legal means.
• Accessing from Prohibited Jurisdictions: Connecting to the platform using VPN services, proxy servers, or other circumvention tools to access v2world from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Underage Gambling: Using the platform if you are under the age of 21, or facilitating underage access to the platform.

All content available on the v2world platform, including but not limited to software code, graphical user interface elements, game content, animations, audio, trademarks, trade names, logos, databases, and compiled data sets, are the exclusive intellectual property of v2world or are used under licence from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, publish, scrape, index, or commercially exploit any part of the v2world platform or its content without the express prior written consent of v2world.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v2world shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if v2world has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

v2world's aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

v2world does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. We endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit v2world's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by v2world's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

v2world collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given separate consent — marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal and financial data transmitted to and from the v2world platform is protected using256-bit SSL encryption. Account data is stored on secured servers with access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

v2world is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players as part of this commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may configure automatic logout and session duration reminders to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account (from 1 week to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

v2world strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all platform users. Any breach of this requirement — whether by the registered Player or facilitated by them — will result in immediate account termination.

v2world reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, other users, or the platform
• v2world is legally required to do so by a competent authority
• The Player's account is subject to a self-exclusion request

Upon account termination for cause, v2world reserves the right to withold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, unless the balance is subject to a legal hold or connected to fraudulent activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method.

v2world reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, v2world will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email notification to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the v2world platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend bookmarking and reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which v2world holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the v2world platform, or your account that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

v2world endeavours to resolve all Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any aspect of the platform, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that cannot be waived by contract.
